AURORA and its included LUT files are licensed for personal use by the purchaser only. Each license is valid for a single user.

  1. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Transferring, sharing, or redistributing product files to third parties

  • Reselling or sub-licensing the product

  • Reverse engineering or modifying the product files


  1. Commercial Use

You are permitted to use AURORA in commercial video productions, including client work, advertisements, YouTube videos, and films. However, reselling or redistributing AURORA or its LUT files is strictly prohibited.


  1. Intellectual Property


All content, LUT files, and associated materials included in AURORA are the intellectual property of Daisuke Yoshikawa. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


  1. Disclaimer of Warranties


AURORA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

  1. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AURORA.


  1. Governing Law


These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


  1. Changes to These Terms


We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

・We are not liable for any damage to your computer, software, data, or other assets resulting from the use of this product.

・Color grading results may vary depending on your source footage, camera settings, color space, and working environment.

・We do not provide individual technical support or troubleshooting. Please refer to the included installation guide and tutorial videos for setup and usage instructions.
